NOTE: If you are planning to book your first appointment, you will need to call the clinic to schedule. Thereafter, you will be able to use our online booking feature.

Step one:  Follow this link to our Online Booking station.

Step two: Choose the type of treatment you would like to receive from the list provided. (Note that not all of these treatment options are available at all times, however this will be made clear to you once you have made a selection.

Step three: After you make a selection, a calendar will appear, whereby you may choose the DAY and TIME of your appointment.

Step four: Once you choose the day and time of your appointment, you will come to a page which asks you to either login or creat an account.

How do I get an account?

 

If you are already a patient at the clinic, please give us a call or send an email so that we may activate your online account. It's quick and simple to get started!


Should I make an account online?

 

If you are brand new to the clinic, please call us at 416.466.2988 to book your initial appointment. Thereafter, you may use the online booking feature.


What if I forget my password?


If you forget your password, you may give use a call or send an email to have it reset for you! DO NOT attempt to create a new account.


Should I make a new account each time I make an appointment?

 

No, once you have an account established you must continue to use the same login information.


What if I am a brand new to Dr. Susan Hu?


If you are new to seeing Dr. Susan Hu, please choose the appointment type labeled, "Acupuncture - Initial Consultation".  You can download, print and fill out the paperwork at your convenience here, prior coming in for your appointment.This consultation is FREE once you have downloaded the coupon located here.
